== I. Major accomplishments ==

There are no major accomplishments in this quarter.  The contract was only signed 20 days into the quarter, on April 20, 2010, so this is a new contract.

There were no milestones in this quarter, but the work is progressing - see the description of the work performed in this quarter, below.  The milestones and deliverables for this project are the same - writing and revising a paper.

== II. Description of work performed during last quarter ==
During this quarter, background reading was performed as well as some interviews.  In addition, the PI has attended the first possible GEC possible, once the contract was signed.  It has also been a valuable experience and will contribute to the content of the milestones and deliverables in the next quarter.

The key components of the paper to be written in the next quarter are outlined and text is being written in parallel with this report.

Several of my students are working on a multi-domain network management framework more generally.  GENI is providing a concrete example in their work, which otherwise will be more general and more far-reaching.
