    33 An effort is underway to summarize each control framework being implemented for Spiral 1 in an overview document.  The ORCA Control Framework will be used by Cluster D.  A first DRAFT (v01.1) of the ORCA GENI Control Framework Overview document has been completed, and is attached below.
