    4444Rack supports running Hardware !OpenFlow experiments over GENI network stitching connections. Please be advised that the following restrictions apply:
    4545 - Network stitching allocates and enforces link bandwidth allocation, which cannot be modified by !OpenFlow.
    46  - VLANs allocated for stitched topologies should not be modified, as it will break VLAN stitching.
     46 - VLANs allocated for stitched topologies cannot be modified due to InstaGENI rack switches running in hybrid mode, which prevents the re-writing of VLAN tags.
