    3 On July 1, 2011 the OnTime Measurment team completed the DOR integration. A [wiki:GIR3.2_OnTimeMeasuraments/OnTimeMeasure-DOR-Integration_070111.pdf OTM DOR Integration] document was made available describing the new feature.  Additionally a [http://ontime.oar.net/OTM_DOR/ OTM DOR portal] was made available with a 'dev' test account.  The test account has been gathering monitoring data to facilitate the evaluation of this feature.  Also delivered is an [http://ontime.oar.net/demo/archive_to_dor.htm operation video]  that showed how the feature is used.
