     3On July 1, 2011 the OnTime Measurment team completed the DOR integration. A [wiki:attach document] was made available
     4documented usage of the feature.  Additional a special portal was made available with a test account which
     5had been gathering data, to facilitate evaluation.  The team also delivered a video that showed how the feature
     6is used.
