ORCA BEN Evaluation
ORCA is a software framework and open-source platform for managing shared resource in a Breakable Experimental Network (BEN). An ORCABEN software release is available within the GIR3.2 time frame. Received an email from the PI about the release Camano 3.1 and that it would available around GEC12. Waiting on announcement.
