The evaluation found one blocking issue which causes the !FlowVisor package installation not to work.  Issue [https://openflow.stanford.edu/bugs/browse/FLOWVISOR-137 FLOWVISOR-137] captures that two required steps (generating a !FlowVisor password, and defining a user account for the process) are not documented in the package install instructions.
