A version of the Scalable Monitoring software was made available on February 27, 2011.  Scalable Sensing Service (S3) software packages s3monitor_service and s3monitor_webapp revision 111 were downloaded for this evaluation from http://illusion.hpl.hp.com/genis3monitor/ project site.
