GIMI v3 Goals, Plan, Tasks and Status

1) GIMI v3 Goals

a) Increase robustness and scalability of GIMI services.
b) Fix open issues (graph display issue and creating new scripts)
c) Further iRODS integration
d) Map experiments to projects rather than users
e) Ability to simultaneously run multiple measurement sessions (e.g., passive host, mesh of pings, intermittent iperf, and experiment specific), each with multiple measurements and multiple graphs, during an experiment
f) Stay consistent with Spiral 5 GIMI SOW
g) Make it easier for experimenters to get up-to-speed on experiment scripts
