    895895 * Local Broker - An ORCA Broker provides the coordinating function needed to create slices. The rack's ORCA AM delegates a portion of the local resources to one or more brokers. Each rack has an ORCA AM that delegates resources to a local broker (for coordinating intra-­‐rack resource allocations of compute resources and VLANs) and to the global broker.
