Control plane connectivity information

Rutgers controls the routing for the control plane of this rack. Rutgers peers with multiple providers (documented at, with the primary connectivity being a multihomed connection through Zayo. Note that Rutgers has multiple campus locations, and the ORBIT site is not the main campus. The primary connection for this rack is documented below.
