     83The nysernet-ig rack has IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity off to the NYSERNet R&E network through the nysernet-re VLAN in the rack's data plane.  IPv4 IPs must be manually assigned from the 199.109.66.0/24 block, and nothing is enforcing assignments of IPs within this shared VLAN.  The router is at 199.109.66.254, and that must be manually set up as well.  IPv6 addresses are automatically assigned, and no manual routing configuration is required.
