    16 Test focus shifted to trying various topologies for the InstaGENI Racks.  Experiment topologies tested found issues, which have mostly been resolved.  All InstaGENI components were in the one rack available at Utah. Each experiment was deemed completed when able to login to the assigned nodes and exchange traffic between end-points. A mix of V3 and V3 RSpecs were used.
