Do it at home: Lab Zero: A First Experiment Using GENI
This is a variation of the original Lab Zero. In this version, the experimenter explores the different roles of the control and data plane interfaces on their nodes.
To do this exercise "at home" (that is not in a class or tutorial) do the following:
- Make sure your computer is configured with the needed tools
- Print the worksheet for use during the exercise (docx)
- Download and review the slides and their notes (pptx)
- Follow the instructions using the tool of your choice:
- using Jacks
- using jFed
- using Flack
- A video of Lab Zero using Flack is available to help with the exercise.
