== Exercise Description ==

In this exercise you will use the GENI Desktop to save a copy of the (passive) measurement data collected by 
the GENI Desktop to the iRods backup service.  

== Prerequisites ==
This exercise assumes that you have already
 * created a slice with slivers as shown in this [wiki:GENIExperimenter/Tutorials/GENI_Desktop_and_GEMINI_Example_Topology example topology].
 * logged into the GENI Desktop and instrumentized the slice
 * have a GENI iRods account to backup data to
