The Global Environment for Network Innovations – '''GENI''' –  is a new, nationwide suite of infrastructure supporting research and education in networking, distributed systems, security, and novel applications. It is supported by the National Science Foundation, and available without charge for research and classroom use.

GENI is developed by the hard work of many members of the community. GENI developers build tools, aggregates, support services, and other key components of GENI.
