  Prerequisites:   
   * iRODS server is built with GSI
   * Slice owner has an account on the iRODS server
   * Slice owner's account has aua from GENI certificate configured

   1.  Generate a proxy certificate from slice owner's GENI certificate.
   2.  Place certificate pem file in /tmp
   3.  Configure irodsEnv
       a.  host/port - how do we determine what server to use?
       b.  zone/resource - how do we determine?
       c.  username - determined from the slice owner in instrumentize?
       d.  irods directories - determined from username and zone?  (e.g. /tempZone/home/username)
