The demo/networking event will be held in the College Avenue Commons (CAVC) building, room 351, on Arizona State University campus on Tuesday, March 8th.

Travel Grants (Deadline TBD)

A limited number of travel grants are available for persons wishing to attend the GEC. The purpose of the grants is to increase the educational, ethnic and geographic diversity of conference attendees and to create opportunities for informal social networking between participants from a wide range of universities and companies. Any applicant affiliated with a U.S institution, including students at U.S schools, is eligible.
Apply for a travel grant. The application deadline is xxxxx but applications will continue to be accepted after that date until funds are available. Those applying by the deadline will be notified by yyyyy.

The nearest airport to the conference is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) (airport website).
The hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle service from/to PHX on request. Please coordinate with the hotel prior to your arrival.
