Pre-Requisites

The session on "Realistic, Reproducible Experiments on GENI using Tmix" (​http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GEC17Agenda/DesigningGENIExperiments) is a prerequisite for this hands-on lab.

In this hands-on lab, you willdo the following: Part I: Design/Setup - Create a slice and reserve resources through the portal Part II: Execute experiment - Run a Tmix experiment emulating ~25,000 TCP connections as seen on a real production link Part III: Finish - Teardown experiment – delete/release resources after saving your results first.

Please Arrive With:

Laptop with a recent version of ​Virtual Box.
