The purpose of this tutorial is to discuss in detail the life-cycle of a GENI experiment, and provide hands-on experience about how to design and conduct IP and non-IP experiments. In this tutorial, we are also going to learn how to use the GENI Portal which is a web based tool for managing projects, slices, and for reserving resources across GENI.

Pre-Requisites
A basic understanding of GENI concepts (will be covered in the Introduction to GENI and Experimentation using GENI).
Please Arrive With:
Laptop with a recent version of Virtual Box.
Results
After completing this tutorial, you will have a working GENI slice that will include resources from different aggregates and you will know how to design and deploy a multi-aggregate experiment in GENI.
As part of this tutorial you will get an account at the GENI Clearinghouse. If you would like to be able to create your own projects, please request this permission via the GENI Portal.
