== Agenda / Details ==
The purpose of this tutorial is to discuss in detail the life-cycle of a GENI experiment, and provide hands-on experience about how to design and conduct IP and non-IP experiments. In this tutorial, we are also going to learn how to use the [http://panther.gpolab.bbn.com GENI Portal] which is a web based tool for managing projects, slices, and for reserving resources across GENI.

==== Pre-Requisites ====
A basic understanding of GENI concepts (will be covered in the [http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GEC16Agenda/IntroToGENI Introduction to GENI and Experimentation using GENI]). 

==== Please Arrive With: ====
Laptop with a recent version of [http://www.virtualbox.org/ Virtual Box]. If you are unable to bring one, you may partner with someone else.

==== Results ====
After completing this tutorial, you will have a working GENI slice that will include resources from different aggregates and you will know how to design and deploy a multi-aggregate experiment in GENI.

As part of this tutorial you will get an account at the GENI Clearinghouse.  During the tutorial we will use a temporary tutorial project.  If you would like to be able to create your own projects, please request this permission via the GENI Portal.
