     14The purpose of this tutorial is to discuss in detail the life-cycle of a GENI experiment, and provide hands-on experience about how to design and conduct IP and non-IP experiments. In this tutorial, we are also going to learn how to use the [http://panther.gpolab.bbn.com GENI Portal] which is a web based tool for managing projects, slices, and for reserving resources across GENI.
