=  Get Your Own GENI Account =
You can do most of the tutorials for the GEC using a personal account. The process
for getting a permanent GENI account is described [wiki:SignMeUp here]. 

The process requires a couple of approval steps, that might take some time. 
If you want to have your own personal account for going through the GEC tutorials or 
for starting a new experiment, you can get a temporary account faster. 

To get a temporary account follow these steps:
   i. In your browser go the www.pgeni.gpolab.bbn.com tab and make sure you are logged out from any tutorial account. 
   i. Press in the `Request an Account` button.
   i. Press the "Join an existing project" link
   i. Fill out the information that are requested and for Project name use `TempAccounts`
