    1414The purpose of this tutorial is to discuss in detail the life-cycle of  a GENI experiment, and provide hands-on experience about how to design and conduct experiments that span multiple aggregates. For this tutorial we are going to use the  GENI multi-campus, layer 2 backbone network and discuss how you can choose different topologies. We are going to use both a graphical tool (Flack) and a  command line tool (Omni) for reserving resources.

    1719A basic understanding of GENI concepts (will be covered in the [http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GEC13Agenda/IntroToGENITutorial Intro To GENI tutorial]). Although not a requirement, it is recommended that attendees are already familiar with [wiki:GeniAggregate/PlanetLab PlanetLab], [wiki:GeniAggregate/UtahProtoGeni ProtoGENI] and OpenFlow aggregates.
