  This session includes open discussion and short presentations on new
  networking topics such as planning a new site, campus infrastructure
  expansions, new applications that take advantage of mesoscale
  capabilities, commercial !OpenFlow services and products, research
  initiatives, and international cooperation.  We encourage new
  participants and seasoned veterans to attend and exchange ideas.
