How to pick which InstaGENI Rack to use

Three useful criteria for picking an InstaGENI rack:

1. Physical location of the node. You can get the coordinates of a rack from its advertisement RSpec.
2. Stitching support. Racks that can be stitched are annotated in the table below
3. Load for the VM type you are interested in using. In the table below each cell shows the load on a VM server over the last hour. VM servers listed in the first column are configured to run OpenVZ containers and those in later columns run Xen virtual machines. Higher numbers indicate a heavier load.
