+== II. Description of work performed during last quarter ==
+
+=== A. Activities and findings ===
+The Aggregate Provider Agreement was drafted in July 2010, and presented at the GEC 8. We took feedback from that meeting and created a version 0.2 which we circulated on the COMIS list for feedback. We also setup a meeting with relevant stakeholders to go over v0.2, and invited anyone else on the COMIS list to join the call. The results of this were version v0.3, which was presented at GEC 9 and accepted by the COMIS working group, (one GEC earlier than anticipated). The GPO will now take it from a draft to an official status, giving it the appropriate number and putting it in the repository.

+We completed an Interim Operational Security Plan in July which will serve as a basis for a more official plan to be developed in Spiral 3.

+We created a draft v0.1 of the  Legal and Law Enforcement Process and Procedure document which will be reviewed and updated by the end of 2010.

+The only related publications are the documents we created as the deliverables, specifically Aggregate Provider Agreement, the Interim Operational Security Plan, and the  Legal and Law Enforcement Process and Procedure document.

+There have no been substantial out reach activities beyond those already within the GENI community.

+=== E. Collaborations ===
+
+Other collaborations were just conversations and phone calls with other GENI participants (e.g., Steve Schwabb, Ted Faber, Justin Cappos and John-Paul Herron). These were mostly discussions and reviews of the documents and agreements we have been producing. We also collaborated with Ilia on a GENI Rack proposal.
