 The technical program of GREE2013 will be published and indexed by Conference Publication Services (CPS), a service of IEEE Computer Society. We contacted CPS early December 2012. Due to the tight publication of CPS, we decided to do post-workshop publication. The submission deadline of the papers to CPS is April 12, and the publication of the papers will appear shortly after that.  [[BR]]

In addition, we have finalized the date and schedule for the summer camp and posted them on the website.
