configure IP tables to only pass required ports on I2 Stitching AM

Description
As discussed, this is a ticket for dispatching requested configuration changes to the I2 prototype stitching AM.
Configure iptables for correct open/closed ports (only ports 12346 (the AM API server) and 843 (the flash policy server) (and maybe 80 and 443) need to be publicly open.
Please update it when you take action and assign it to hdempsey@bbn.com to close when you believe it is done.
