Description

Brief demo description (Network coding using ProtoGENI testbed will be demonstrated. By implementing network coding and multipath forwarding capabilities in the core network, this demo is designed for supporting efficient broadband data delivery in infrastructure-based vehicular networks at Clemson.)

List of equipment that will need AC connections (2 laptops, 1 monitor).

Number of wired network connections (2)

Number of wireless network connections (2)

Number of static addresses needed (2)

Monitor (y, VGA, 32")

Number of posters (1, 30" x 40")

Description of any special requests (we will reserve several WAPG nodes so that we need ProtoGENI/Emulab network connectivity; we would like to be located next to Clemson handoff demo.)

Thank you for your demo request. We will update this ticket when the resources have been confirmed.

Can you please elaborate on your network connectivity? Is it just control plane access, or something else entirely? We are currently working with the venue to get the network ready for us.

We can now confirm that the resources you requested will be available for you at Demo Night.

We're talking with the Univ this week to straighten out the networking. Please let us know about your networking details.

I am planning to use 5 pg nodes which are located in CA, UT, KS, TX and DC (pg56,pg45,pg42,pg55,pg40). So basically what I need is being able to login these pg nodes fast after reserving them and create a topology using Flack.

I'm being told that we'll need the MAC Address of the device that will be using the static IP. Can you please update the ticket with that info?

The MAC addresses are:

00:24:e8:de:7c:67

08:00:27:d8:fe:a0

I missed a very important point. For my demo, I need to run applications on 5 ProtoGENI nodes (pg56,pg45,pg42,pg55,pg40) across the country. So I need to reserve these nodes beforehand (maybe during GEC or from now on if possible) such that I could make sure they are available and I can have access.
