Description

  1. Brief demo description (Write a few sentences suitable for a GEC12 attendee information page that explains the demo's purpose as well as its importance to GENI, and lists the participants. See http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GEC10DemoSummary for examples.)

Demo participants: Caleb Phillips and Dirk Grunwald

We will present recent results in measurement and mapping of wireless coverage of the CU GENI WiMax node. This work focuses on a new mapping technique that incorporates spatial modeling and geostatistical interpolation with careful placement and collection of samples (measurements). We will have a poster explaining our methods and a laptop-based demo showing coverage maps overlayed on google earth.

  1. List of equipment you're bringing that will need AC connections (e.g. laptop, hardware prototype, monitor). Just put in the number of connections needed if your demo description already lists the equipment.

We will need a network connection and 2 power connections.
