Description
The DTunnel project provides dynamic tunnel estalishment. Integration into the ProtoGENI control framework, will require establishment of RSpecs and possibly API extensions to permit establishment of tunnels via the control plane.

Milestone has been revised to focus on RSpec definition. Work will track in ticket #181. Closing this ticket.

Nick says this is running late. He'll need to work with ProtoGENI to figure out what needs to be done, who will do it, and by when. Awaiting a plan for how and when work will get done.
