Description
.The demo in GEC 10 will focus on delivering our progress on Network Coding project. At this time, our NetFPGA-based Hardware/Software co-design is able to combine eight or more packets with network coding theory and algorithm; also throughput optimization has already been addressed and will be discussed in the demo session. This GENI experiment and design is integrated into another key hardware component, NetFPGA card, and as a high performance router is provided to research nodes. We will present a poster with all our research activities.
.2 laptops with SSH service connected back to the lab in University of Wisconsin lab, 2 projectors
.2 wired connections
.2 wireless connections
.Number of static addresses needed (if any) N/A
.Projector (y/n) (Bring your own projectors if feasible) 2 LCD projectors
.Monitor (y/n, specify VGA or DVI) (Specify resolution only if your software has resolution restrictions) N/A
.Number of posters (max size poster boards are 30" x 40") One
.Description of any special requests (include any non-commercial network connectivity needs, projects you'd like to be located near, etc.) The project team works very closely with OFCLEM. We would appreciate to be located next/close to each other.
