Template of info to include in your demo request ticket:

  1. Brief demo description

GMOC GENI cluster and federation visualization.

  1. List of equipment that will need AC connections (e.g. laptop, switch hardware prototype, monitor). (Just put in the number of connections needed if your demo description already lists the equipment)

3 Power outlets.

  1. Number of wired network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

2 Wired Conections.

  1. Number of wireless network connections (include required bandwidth if significant).

No external Monitors/projectors needed.

  1. Number of posters (poster boards are 20" x 30")

One poster.

  1. Number of static addresses needed (if any)

Zero(0) Static Addresses.

  1. Description of any special requests (There will be no layer 2 I2 or NLR VLANS to the GEC9 demo floor--only production Internet service).
  2. We would prefer to be located Near Kisti and Near IU-Openflow.
  3. We are Shipping a 52 inch touch screen. (Big Red Crate). We would need:
    1. A shipping address (with a dock) where we could send the crate. (in the same building as the demo would be a plus).
    2. A place where the create could stay after the demo/until it is shipped.
    3. A local contact to coordinate shipping/storage logistics.

We'll get you the shipping info ASAP. What day would you want the display crate to arrive and leave (so we can figure out storage space).
