In their report at the OpenFlow Campus Trials projects' annual status review, Stanford gave the status of this milestone as "Actively supporting or coordinating these activities (These are always ongoing and do not have a finite end)".

Closing this one out, and marking the milestone as completed (for purposes of Spiral 2).
