Description
Looking to deploy first NEC switch, in New York, around 10/4/2010 (dependent on arrival of NEC switches).

Switch was installed Tuesday 12-Oct-2010. It is powered up, management copper link active, as well as the links to be used for inter-node connectivity and ION. ION configuration and adjacent node link configuration still to be done as of this morning.
(...also taking Hans off the CC, since his role was just coordinating the physical install.)
