Milestone completion for LEARN: S2-c Establish ORCA control framework

ORCA control framework instance has been created in the lab for eventual integration with LEARN. The report summarized our completed state of handler development for Cisco 3750 switches and installation of a site authority. Also, an extensive command translation from (already available) commands for Cisco 6509 to Cisco 3750 has been listed in the appendix for our future reference. We are in progress with decisions on which hardware platform to choose based on priorities of ORCA infrastructure expansion to LEARN in collaboration with ORCA-BEN. The milestone document is at:
