Description

  1. Brief demo description

We will demo the operation of an OpenFlow network at Clemson consisting of one Toroki switch, two PC Engine APs, and multiple OpenFlow-enabled laptops controlled via NOX, flowvisor, and SNAC. The demo will show the basic operations of all components and laptop handoff experiments across the APs. The demo is conducted remotely on Clemson campus and viewed at GEC7 site via ENVI/LAVI and video conferencing.

  1. List of equipment that will need AC connections (e.g. laptop, switch hardware prototype, monitor). (Just put in the number of connections needed if your demo description already lists the equipment)

Total 5 AC connections: three laptops and two projectors

  1. Number of wired network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

Total 2 wired network connections (one video conferencing session, one Xwin/ssh tunnel).

  1. Number of wireless network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

Regular wireless access for 3 laptops.

  1. Projector (y/n) Monitor (y/n, specify VGA or DVI) (Bring your own projectors if feasible)

If you would like to upload your demo slides/images/poster or any other relevant document then please go to http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GEC7Demos and attach your files. This would be helpful for our records as well as for people who could not attend the conference.

Once we have them, we plan to release a GEC7 Demo Summary document containing all the information about your demo.
