Template of info to include in your demo request ticket:

1. Brief demo description (A few sentences suitable for a GEC7 attendee information page)

We will demonstrate archiving of sensor/radar data on Amazon EC2 instances incorporated into a slice's VLAN.

2. List of equipment that will need AC connections (e.g. laptop, switch hardware prototype, monitor). (Just put in the number of connections needed if your demo description already lists the equipment)

We will co-locate this demonstration with the ViSE demonstration. All equipment will be shared between the two demonstrations.

3. Number of wired network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

4. Number of wireless network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

5. Projector (y/n) Monitor (y/n, specify VGA or DVI) (Bring your own projectors if feasible)

6. Number of posters

We will have 1 poster (in addition to the poster for the ViSE project).

8. Description of any special requests (e.g. VLANS to NLR or I2 backbone)

The ViSE and DiCloud demonstrations will show the use of a NLR VLAN between UMass and Duke using streaming radar data. We will animate and display the radar data using a GoogleMaps interface, and archive the data to EC2 over a tunneled layer 2 connection using OpenVPN.

If you would like to upload your demo slides/images/poster or any other relevant document then please go to ​http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GEC7Demos and attach your files. This would be helpful for our records as well as for people who could not attend the conference.

Once we have them, we plan to release a GEC7 Demo Summary document containing all the information about your demo.
