We acquired one Toroki switch (arrived and configuring), two PC engine APs
(configuring), and two PCs (arrived and configuring as two PlanetLab nodes
at Clemson and running OF controllers, etc.)

This is sufficient to complete this milestone, so I'll go ahead and close this ticket, and mark the milestone as completed.
