Provide pointer to AM and tools software and information on how GENI community may request access UKY aggregate.

Description
UKY has continued to develop and revise AM and integrate with ProtoGENI control framework and clearinghouse. PI reports that the Kentucky system is open to other users, but so far has primarily been used by other cluster C members.
At last report, the latest version of the AM code was at: http://users.emulab.net/trac/emulab/wiki/kb270
Please update this ticket with information on where the final Spiral 1 version of the AM code is located and whether a tag or release is planned. Please provide similar information for the UKY prototype tools implementation.
Please update your project wiki page with information on how to access the prototype aggregate at UKY. (Minimally, you need to indicate what is available to users outside UKY and how people can request access. Address info fr the 10 Gb link would be appreciated too.
This information is needed to close the milestone for Spiral 1
The latest version of the AM code is available via CVS from : http://users.emulab.net/trac/emulab/wiki/kb270 . This code is still under heavy development and is only available via CVS. The initial version of the Kentucky toolset is still in the early development stages and has not been officially released.
Information on accessing the Kentucky Aggregate has been added to the project wiki pages.
