Move U of Kentucky MCV IG rack to production

Description
The GPO has completed site confirmation testing on the University of Kentucky MCV InstaGENI rack, and the site administrator has agreed to open the site to experimenters.
The common short name for this rack will be ukymcv-ig.

Please also add ukymcv-ig-of. Mesoscale connections are no longer available, but we will list it for consistency, and for use with any special network connections.

Both have been added to the service registry (effectively, the clearinghouse). The portal reads the list of aggregates from the service registry.
This aggregate has not yet been added to the Jacks context, so it will require manual override of Jacks error detection to create topologies in Jacks using UKY MCV. That will be fixed once we get the green light from the experimenter support group about the newly generated Jacks context. A version for testing has been made available the experimenter support group on the staging portal.

Haven't heard anything from experimenter support about this. Checked Jacks today, but UKMCV was down. Following up on that.

ukymcv was put in production about 6 months back. But it so happened that when Tom had re-created the Jack's context list ukymcv was down. If he re-creates it , it should show up fine.

Kentucky MCV InstaGENI shows as up on the aggregate status pages:
Kentucky MCV also shows as up in Jacks (slice-add-resources-jacks). And shows as an available site for a XenVM, as it should.
What is the issue here? Heidi, where do you see that UKMCV is down?

UKYMCV status shows up at https://portal.geni.net/secure/dashboard.php#status now, but when I checked it earlier today it showed down there and in Jacks. Didn't see a similar down report in monitoring when I checked the status for the past 4 hours or longer. I can't explain the source of the difference in reporting.
Please add ukymcv-ig to the GENI portal.
