SCS does fails when some special characters are used

Description
The SCS reports a failure when a double ampersand '&& Cenic’ is used in an RSpec. The problem is due to the 3rd party library XMLRPC-C version 1.16.33.
The SCS will not address this library issue, removing the double ampersand '&&' will avoid the problem.
