Updated descriptions based on input from Richard Weinberg.

He also gave input on requirements, but we think it was for the VIP room, not the evening demo. Niky Riga is verifying with Richard.

This is the input (which is for more resources than currently allocated in evening demo area):

List of equipment that will need AC connections (e.g. laptop, switch, monitor): 3 computers 3 monitors 3 connections for microscope 2 connections for video conferencing system 1 camera 1 switch

I suggest two power strips with surge protection.

Total number of wired network connections (sum standard IP and VLAN

connections): 6

Ali Sydney is coordinating VLANs between USC and UTC. Estimated bandwidth is 800 Mbps, per USIgnite. VLAN 3224 (2 ports tagged, 4 ports untagged)

Number of wireless network connections (include required bandwidth if

significant):

Number of static addresses needed (if any):

Monitor (y/n, specify VGA or DVI):

Monitor: Large flat panel, something like 55" with HDMI input; 1080p 59.97 Monitor with HDMI input for video conference

Number of posters (max size poster boards are 30" x 40"):

1 poster
