GEC 5 Demo requirements for Million Node GENI project

We would like to have four people from our project present work (1 PI, 1 grad student, 2 undergrads). To accommodate them, we will need:

Stands for 2 posters Enough table space to comfortably have 4 presenters talk with attendees (perhaps 12' of table?) 2 flat screen monitors or similar. 2 projectors A space to project onto.

We need one extra poster stand. So, the total is 3 poster stands, 2 flat screen monitors or similar, 2 projectors, and a space to project onto.
