    2 We are planning to create a portable on-demand emergency video streaming over GENI backbone. The project aims to utilize the GENI backbone to be able to send video streams of emergency and critical situations using Android based application. The application will work on an on-demand bases to create and send the current critical situations streams in near real-time to inform the write personnel at the right time.
