The slice service tool certificate is attached.
Note: the certificate expires in 180 days, on September 3, 2014. Tool certificates are new so we purposely set the expiration short with the intent that it expires between GEC 20 and GEC 21. We should endeavor to use the same private key when generating a new csr and certificate in August, 2014. At that point we hope to be more comfortable issuing tool certificates with longer validity periods.
