Description of work performed during last quarter A. Activities and findings We worked on the report during this time period. * Developed 19 general requirements, some of which may not be applicable to GENI but all of which may be applicable to the next generation Internet in some form. * Examined governance issues, especially who will make decisions, how economics will shape the attribution system, and the social factors that will play a role in the attribution system. We concluded that governance issues will be critical in a multinational network, especially one that is intended to be a testbed for the next generation Internet. See the Report on Attribution for GENI v. 1.0 for more details. B.
