DTUNNEL user README is on the wiki at attachment:wiki:DTunnels:mux-readme.pdf​. It seems a bit opaque to me. This is what a client configures in order to use your mux, right? I don't think it actually says that anywhere. A diagram showing 'you are here' would be helpful.

Milestones: We've sent a set of draft extensions to the ProtoGENI RSpec and are hashing out integrating them -- trying to decide which things are fundamental properties and which (things like TV tuners) are part of an arbitrarily extensible, non-standardizable list of features.

My reading of the milestone "Milestone: CMU Lab: Formulate initial RSpecs for wireless nodes" would be satisfied if you were to make those draft extensions public. Are they online somewhere? Could you post them to your wiki?
