I opened ticket 13 to document a task on a milestone for the InstrumentationTools project (INSTOOLS). The milestone exists and shows up in the Roadmap and the ticket milestone pulldown menu, but when I try to submit it as the milestone for this ticket, it gives me this error message:

Internal Error

"INSTOOLS: Upgrade UKY Emulab" is not a valid value for the milestone field.

The INSTOOLS wikie page and milestes were just added earlier today.
